Bodybuilding 4 Idiots sets out to solve any
individual’s muscle building problems. Whether you’re overweight and trying to develop muscle tone, or a
skinny hard gainer trying to gain muscle mass, this program will meet your needs. Even if you’re a veteran
weight lifter looking to compete in bodybuilding competitions, this all in one program sets out to accomplish
whatever your fitness goals may be.
I’ve tried over a dozen different online
bodybuilding/fitness programs. This program offers a fully comprehensive
bodybuilding and nutrition program that I found offers a much better training and overall experience than
most any other fitness programs available that I’ve seen.

generate a lot of buzz so I thought I would test it out.
For any of you familiar with Vince Delmonte’s
‘No-Nonsense Muscle Building’, which has been around for awhile and has sold incredibly well, I found
Bodybuilding 4 Idiots very comparable. Like Vince, Arun Chase was a hard gainer with a pop belly, who came up

himself to helping others achieve their fitness goals, by sharing the program he developed that he’s had so

I actually found
Bodybuilding 4 Idiots to be more customizable then No-nonsense muscle building, since it’s not particularly
focused on individuals just trying to gain muscle mass. The program is more geared towards solving many
different bodybuilding issues people might have. Whether it’s building muscle mass, burning off fat, or just
developing muscle tone, it’s completely customizable to whatever one’s trying to
accomplish.
It has loads of information and offers some really good bonuses that actually enhance the
program, making it much more effective. Unlike many other muscle building program’s bonuses that are easily
discarded and forgotten, you will want to use these ones.
Training
Program
Bodybuilding 4 Idiots training program focuses on burning off fat and putting
on muscle at the same time, which for anyone who has tried this knows how difficult of a task this can
be. Typically you can’t do both at the same time. It takes a lot of knowledge to know how to
properly prepare the body for optimum muscle gain and fat loss. This program does an impressive job creating
an extremely effective plan for achieving this goal.
Before starting the program you'll read one of four manuals called, 'Tweaking
Your Body Type'. This manual is great, you'll discover what your specific body type is and
customize the program accordingly to speed up your results and increase your likely hood of
success.
For those who have a high fat percentage and are trying to cut fat there is a great
cardio program to follow, combining two different types of cardio training. Fat Burning Zone, which involves
training at the same intensity continuously throughout the exercise, and High Intensity Interval Training,
which has you switching between low/moderate and high intensity levels throughout the exercise.
I particularly am a fan of the High Intensity Interval Training. There really is no
better way to burn calories and shred fat then this training method. Not only does interval training burn a
tremendous amount of calories during the workout, but it will cause your body to continue to burn a lot of
calories for several hours after you’re done with the workout.
The entire program helps you achieve maximum results with minimum time
investment. If you train at least 3 to 4 times a week to for at least 45 to 60 minutes at a time, then
you will see some amazing results.
You will never get bored using this program as it has you always changing things up.
It has you go through different training cycles. From a strength building cycle, to a bulking cycle, to an
endurance cycle, as well as several others. The program leaves no stone unturned when it comes to building
your optimum body. Within the various cycles are at least a dozen different lifting methods you will do.
Pyramiding, super setting, drop sets, giant sets, forced reps, are just a few of at least a dozen different
lifting methods you will use in this program. This makes the program extremely effective at keeping the
body from adapting, which helps your body make consistent muscle and strength gains.
Nutrition
Plan
The Nutrition plan takes out all the guess work when it comes to knowing how
to eat to fully optimise your bodies muscle building potential. It follows two phases, a
cutting phase and a bulking phase. The plan has you consuming 5 to 6 meals a day, depending on your time
constraints.
The program comes with a metabolic calculator that has a built in Nutrition
Generator. This allows you to output your nutrition plan, and create your very own meal plans and personalize
your diet with the foods you like. This will give you variety in your meals.
If you decide not to use the Nutrition Generator, Arun provides detailed charts that
help you follow an eating schedule, while eating the right amount of calories for your body
type, throughout the day. The charts are easy to follow and give you the exact percentage ratios of each
meals carb, protein, and fat intake should be. Also it tells what kind of foods you should be eating at
what time of day.
The Nutrition plan also provides a large list of a variety of foods to choose from in
each food group. So you don’t have to eat the same thing every day.

would offer that, since it does put a lot of risk on him. But he really believes in his product and is confident
that everyone else will too. After going through the program myself, I would have to agree with
him.
I don’t take the time to write these long reviews for just any muscle building
program. Only what I feel gives the best value for its price and if it delivers on its promises. Not only
that, it needs to offer a more effective means to getting in shape and overall better experience, then other
fitness programs, by not just showing how to achieve your fitness goals, but by teaching you how to.
This creates long term value and once you complete the program, you’ll never need another workout program
again. By the time you finish the program, you will have the knowledge and know how to maintain your newly
formed, ideal body for years, and even improve upon what you’ve already accomplish. You can maybe even
develop your own fitness program from the knowledge you gained from this one and help others get in
