While the program may be short, the author Bill Davis gives enough information of the basic principles of bodybuilding and what it takes to overcome the Hard Gainer’s struggle of not being able to build muscle mass.

The program focuses on three essentials methods of bodybuilding. Which are training, nutrition, and rest.

Training Program

The key concept behind Bill’s Training program is Forcing the muscles to grow by overloading them. The program starts you off on a 4 week growth workout routine, followed by a 2 week maintenance workout routine. Once finished you start again with the 4 week plan, where you should be adding weight to all of your lifts. He also shares with you what kind of foods you should be eating so your not consuming empty calories.

A key part of nutrition is supplementation. Bill gives his recommendation on what supplements are best to take that are specific to muscle growth. I found that the information provided was informative and eliminated any guess work on what I need.

The program provides a thought out meal plan and supplementation regimen that is optimal for building muscle mass and is easy to stick with.
