There are three things you have to do to build muscle: Stimulate growth, feed the muscles, and give

The SINGLE BEST exercise to include in your mass-building regimen is the Squat. Make sure you
include plenty of Squats in your exercise routines. Squats not only involve the biggest muscles of the body, and
therefore offer the most potential for growth, they also stimulate the most muscle-building activity over the
entire body. In short, if you want to grow, you have to SQUAT! Neglecting the Squat will hamper your ability to
build massive muscle.
That said, make sure to include Squats at the beginning of all your leg workouts when your body is
fresh and you have maximum energy. Your pre-workout meal should be a high-quality protein shake. Your
post-workout meal should be something similar, if not the same. These are by far the most important meals of
your day. By eating 6-8 meals a day, you will be able to consume the nutrients you need to build muscle fast.
You will also keep a continuous supply of muscle-building nutrients feeding your muscles.
